I have a report that shows an image correctly as well as all the data fields, but when I print the report an X is printed where there should be the image.

Can anybody help me out?

Is it a Web or Window App?
if Web it bc of ur browser. I had this problem with IE 6 but when I was refreshing the page that was OK. check [u]print priview </u>of ur browser & see if u image is shown as well as report.

When I check "print preview" the image doesn't appear.

Yes, as I said I faced it before & its bc of browser, did u try to refresh the page? what browser ur using?!

I refresh but nothing changes.

Once I remember that I had made a Setup probram for my Web app. using VS.NET 2003, to install it in many servers. It was install some .dll files to the server & (although Cristal report was installed) in that servers I had this problem too! I guess bc of that .dll files with were installing with Setup. Its just an idea & not sure!
Any IDEA from friends?!?

Do u have any setup program for ur Web App installed?! Try to use another PC & check result.
