Printing Images in crystal reports

Hi,
I am working on Crystal v10 using Peoplesoft.I want to retrieve images which are located in a specific folder. The corresponding path of each image is stored in database table field(for eg.. I took MS Access ). By drag and drop that database table field in Report design I want to retrieve those images. How is it possible?(I am not familiar with .NET code).
I would appreciate any help that can be given.
