Default CR9 Design

Hi Everybody,
I am working on a report using CR9, MS Access 2000. I am using MS Access views separately for state totals, and region totals.
I need to present the state totals on first page, followed by region totals to be continuously printed. Basically I created two detail sections Details-A, and Details-B. In details-a, I presented the state totals, and in details-b I tried to present region totals. But I am getting the page breaks on every record
for region totals, i.e., only one record of region total is printing in each page with state totals above in all pages. What I need is to print state totals on first page only once, followed by region totals. I tried new page after, and new page before features but no use.
Please let me know any resolutions/ ideas to fix this problem.
Thanks.
