Please tell me How to use Formula Fields in Crystal Report 9

Actually the problem is that i have create a formula field in Report.

and i m showing that report in VB using Crystal Report 9 Viewer Control.

I wnat that when i select a name from Form, it show that selected name in Report.

How can i do this
