(Urgent)improve quality of PDF format

Hi,

I am working on ASP.NET ,i have prob. with crystal report.Can anyone help me please? I convert report into PDF format but it reduce its printing quality. Report contain one Jpeg image as background. so there is any tool to improve quality of PDF format, its very urgent
