Crystal 8 on Win2k3

I have installed Crystal Reports including the Crystal Web Components ans Page server, however these services will start. I have enabled the Network DDE and DSDM as dependancies, but the service still will not start. I see on this forum that others have installed these services and they are working, so I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
