I have an RDC ASP app that I migrated to Crystal XI on Win2003 Server using BO article (http://support.businessobjects.com/l...s/c2017518.asp).

The app (and Crystal viewer) run and display fine when running the app in a browser on the server's desktop. However, from a browser on a network PC the Crystal Viewer does not render (red X). First I tried changing the report path calculation to point to the server which didn't help. I also attempted to remedy by adjusting folder permissions high and low for the IUSR account to no avail (per p2p topic #27425).

Any ideas are greatly appreciated!

A friend found this article http://support.businessobjects.com/l...s/c2017851.asp. I created the virtual directory and that did it!
