Problem of using RDC component with .NET 2.0

Hi, I am getting problem regarding using of RDC component for .NET framework 2.0 . The craxdrt dll is working fine for .NET framework 1.1 but its not working for .NET Framework 2.0....
Its very urgent issue if anybody is having the solution of this problem then reply this post as soon as possible....
