Hi,

I am getting the above error whenever i try to Print Crystal Reports from my application. I use CR 6 and the above dll does not belong to CR 6. The equivalent dll is P2ssql.dll. I tried copying this dll but still the error exists.

Can anyone provide suggestions on how to solve the above error?

This error "pdssql.dll file not found" comes when ur report is not connected to the database.

for this first of all u had to create a dsn for ur database and then locate ur database using that dsn name.

first of all go to "database" menu--"set location" then click on table of the database, then press "set location " button, check for Current connections if ur database is there click on it and click on the table which lastsly clicked on.

if not then open ODBC connections find ur dsn name click on it find that particular table on which u clicked earlier in "SET location " dialog box.

Now press "set".
Message will display "Propogate server and database changes across tables with the sme original information"
press ok.
then press "done" button in Set dialog box.

now see the print priview of ur report.
