problem while installing crystal report

Hi,
I had tried to install crystal report 8.5 in various intel processor machines(OS=Windows).In some it is working.but in most of machines it showed an error of "cant access temp folder"
I had set TEMP environment variable and tried .But still problem persists.
No other software shows this problem.
Please help me with valuable solutions..?
