Default Printing Crystal Reports

Can anyone help?

The crystal report runs find and the information is generated perfectly. But when I hit the printer on the crystal report tool bar, the the pop up screen for the printer comes up blank. This is only happening on one computer in the department. Everybody else computers works just find. What is she missing on her computer to cause this to happen. Does it has something to do with java or the dll? Her computer was working find untill she got a new one. Also I have an Calender next to a textbox to look up dates and you can press a date and it will automatically place that date in the textbox. That feature is no longer working on her computer either. Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance.
