server agent has timed out when exporting to pdf

I am using crystal report 9.0 in asp.net(1.1) application and report deplayed in report application server.

when i tried to export report to pdf format it shows "server agent has timed out" error after 25 mins.

it is very lengthy report and around 800+ pages, also this has 2 subreports and dataset as the data source of the report. the error is getting incosistently.

Any help regarding this is greatly appreciated.
