When I distribute a report and try to install it on a seperate machine an error is displayed. It is an alert box with the following message...

While registering OLE Servers, Setup had a problem with REG.DAT, SHELL.DAT or disk space.

Does anyone know why this happens?
If i log into the machine as administrator and try to install the distribution I don't get this error. If I log inot the machine as a normal user this error appears. Is it a permission error?
If so what files do i need to grant permissions on?
