Default set location

I am a beginner with Crystal and am trying to take an online class. I have downloaded the exercises and everytime I try to open the table it says it can't open it and to check the location. I cannot figure out how to set the location. I am using 8.5. Any help would be appreciated.

in crystal report designer, there is a menu of database, in this menu you will find option "set location" from where you can set the location of the table.
