Java Plug in 1.5

Lads,

The location for the java plug in temporary files is set to be
C:\Documents and Settings\USERID\Application Data\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache...

I was wondering how could I set the java plug in in order to always use the same location for all users. The way it is set it will always change accroding to Windows USERID logged.

The reason I would like to do this is to avoid the second user logging in the machine having to wait the download of applets that are already available in other's user's temp file.

Maybe there is a way to set it trhough a parameter?
