crystal report 8.0 connection with oracle 8i perso

i am getting the error message "server has not yet been opened" when
connecting the visual basic 6.0 with crystal report 8.0 using oracle 8i personal edition database.

use this step.

open this window
start->programs->crystal Report->crystal Configration Manager

right click on the crystal report Application server and
start.
