i don't know how to get it to link from the .css page on to the web i it this way <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="file:///D|/All Stevens Stuff/orginalg.htm"> and i can only see it so i tried it this way <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="orginalg.css"> but that does not work ethir what am i doing worng please help

what is the extension of your css file? because u tried
1. <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="file:///D|/All Stevens Stuff/orginalg.htm">
and
2. <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="orginalg.css">

and what is the location of the file? if it is in the same location then 2nd option will work.
