Default CSS 2 Stylesheet

hi,
I'm currently using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003.Its supports CSS1.Can someone provide me the CSS2 xml file?

I am displaying information in a table and making it invisible at runtime. Even when the table cells are blank they are occupying space on the page.I need to delete those cells as well so that there are no blank spaces on the page.

The CSS2 has a property empty-cells which makes the empty-cells not to show at all.

Or if there's anyother work around to the problem please let me know.

Thanks and regards
Nidhi Jain

Well really it's the target browser you should be concentrating on, not Visual Studio. You can always add the style to your cells whether or not it shows as an option in VS.

Can you change the style to be display:none instead?
