Default CSS Graphic Linking

I have several pages for one site that i need to
quickly link to one another with graphic buttons.
Is there a way to link the same links to the same buttons
on different pages using CSS?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi! :)

No, not the links themselves are a job for HTML. You could apply the same background image for all the links with CSS though.
