Default Template do not work in other pc

I have constructed a template with dreamweaver.
This template was created in a specific pc.

I use to work the same site-project on different pc's.
My problem is that I cannot use this template correctly in other pc than the first pc that I used to create the template.
What I mean? The template works fine in my home pc. I take my site to a usb flash disk to the office pc, then I edit it, I make my changes, all these without problems. Then I go to change something to the template (in the office pc) and it does not update any web page which is attached to the template. Dreamweaver updates 0 pages.

Why this happen? Is there any compatibility problem? I can't work efficient without normal use of this template.
What can I do to solve the problem?

Default

Dreamweaver does not look continuously at the template page to see if any changes has been made. If you're editing in the template, Dreamweaver can see the changes you make and offer you to update the pages based on the template as soon as you save the template.

However, external changes go unnoticed. Fortunately, it's easy to reapply the template to the entire site with these 4 simple steps:

1. Place you updated template in your Templates folder
2. Open your site in Dreamweaver
3. Choose Modify | Templates | Update Pages...
4. Change any setting, if necessary, and then click the Start button

All the pages in your site will now be updated with the new Template....

Cheers,

Imar
