When I add shortcuts from web sites to "my favorites" in my browser, some of these short cuts have images/icons next to the name. How can I add image in Dreamweaver so that when someone adds our Co. to their list of shortcuts that it will show our logo/image.

The easiest way to do this, is to place an icon file called Favicon.ico in the root of your Web site.

Take a look at this site: http://www.favicon.com/ It's partially commercial, but it provides a lot of info about the favicon, including other ways to embed a link to the icon in your site.
