Default FTP Problem
Hello all,

I am having problems uploading files to the Optim Electronics website which I am working on at this time. For some reason, whenever I go to test the connection, it works fine and I get a message that Dreamweaver connected to the web server successfully. However, I cannot put any of the files in the website because I get an "Access Denied". I have tried every possible solution I can think of and nothing seems to work. Please help. I'm pulling my hair out over this because it's making me mad

P.S. I should mention that I was able to upload files to the Optim Electronics website before without any problems.

You probably need to contact Optim and ask them if they changed permissions on the account you're using.

That's the thing. See, We purchased the assets of Optim Electronics a while ago so we now have the ability to modify the whole Optim site as needed. I talked with Bart Morrick(one of my colleagues) about this and he doesn't know what the problem is. However, I do have the option of contacting Berbee about this. They host the web space where the LDS website resides as well as(I think) the web space for the Optim Electronics website. I'm scheduled to work tomorrow so I will make a point of asking Bart about the best way to tackle this problem.
