Hi there,
First of all, PWS may not be the best environment to build ASP sites on. It supports most of the ASP features, but IMO it's a bit buggy and won't run on modern Windows versions.
That said, take a look at Beginning Dreamweaver MX 2004. This book teaches you ASP and Dreamweaver at the same time. With this book, you can get quickly up to speed with Dreamweaver and ASP in general while you can use the other ASP book for more detailed ASP topics.
You can find the book here:

Of course being one of the authors of the book makes me a bit biased, but I still think it's a great book for learning both ASP and Dreamweaver at the same time.
Cheers,
Imar
