Create a link in DreamWeaver MX 2004
Could someone please tell me how to create a link where my co-workers can go there and download some softwares that I uploaded ? Thanks so much.:D

Where did you upload the software to? You'll need to know the location, like a http:// address, or a LAN location before you can link to it.

Yeah, sure, but please allow for more than 23 minutes between posts. I have other things to do as well ;)
Anyway, in Dreamweaver select the text you want to link. Then on the Property Inspector (Choose Ctrl+F3 when the PI is not visible) in the Link box type your address, like http://address
If you want the link to open in a new window, choose _blank from the Target drop-down.
That' all.

I've done so. But when I have it tested, it's "really slow" to open the link and the process is stoped at midway. could you give some advices ? Thanks

How does the link look like in Dreamweaver? Can you post the code?
How slow is slow? Is there a fast connection between you (or your friends) and the server with "the software"?
