Using icons within a userform

I would like to add some icons to a userform. I understand that each icon used in microsoft office has an id number I just can't figure out the code to apply it to a form. Any help will be much appreciated.

where u can palce the icons ? which tool u r using ? which type of icon r u using ?

I am using Excel XP VBA and the icon I want to add is the outlook icon FaceID 6225
