Default Printing worksheet with printer tray # 3

Hi,

I have laser printer with 3 trays, two for letter size paper (tray # 1 and # 2) and one for legal size paper (tray # 3). I have as the default tray # 1, but I want to develop a macro to print in tray # 3 every time I press <Ctrl-I>. As far as I know I can use the "ActiveSheet.PrintOut" command to print the active sheet, but I do not know how to specify tray # 3, Can you help me?

Thanks,
Salvador Hernandez

I'd suggest that you create 2 extra printer shortcuts, each with a different default tray and then call which one necessary.

I can see I have the possibility on my own printer, however I havn't mounted the extra trays so I can't test if the idea is OK.

The only other info I've been able to find is here:

with additional links.

Sorry, this is the additional link I was thinking of:

   http://www.erlandsendata.no/english/...printprinttray

but it most likely won't work as is (or at all) with your printer.
