Bravo! It works with the codes supplied by Vemaju.
However, I couldn't make the Form disappears when I include a Cancel Button. Only by clicking the x button (vbFormControlMenu), the Form is unloaded. Why is this so?
Is there a way to work around with codes written behind the Cancel Button? - By clicking on the Cancel Button alone, this could also make the Form vanishes.
Thanks again for both your help.

Hi Chin

I think you leave your mouse cursor over the image when you press Cancel button. When you move your mouse again it will open the form again.

I think it would be better idea to make form visible by cliking the image?

Thanks vemaju!
I redo the whole process of writing the codes. There was a glitch. I should have run the Form first and then create the image codes later. Now , it's working properly with other pictures and does have the Form displayed a little bit away from the image control instead of sticking out of the Image control as previously, and I have to drag it away to vanish it by clicking the "x" button.

To Matthews also, if you are reading this, my sincere gratitude.
I shall be posting another newbie's topic, actually my own personal fumbling with the codes concerning hyperlinks. Hope you are still with me.
