Default Grouping Pivot Table inVBA

I need help with code in VBA to group data in the pivot table that begins with a certain word and then select only those that do and then group them all. When I record the macro to do that it will not give me the VBA code to the " find and select all".

Hi Goldie,

You should really think about putting some kind of examples in the forum, it can help greatly.

I feel that your problem could be solved without the need for VBA. I presume you are using the wizard in Excel to generate the pivot table. Can you tell me, is your data source a database or an excel list?

cheers

Matt
