I am getting this error in MSIE:

The XML page cannot be displayed
Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.

An invalid character was found in text content. Error processing resource 'file:///C:/Inetpub/wwwroot/Fares/XML_files/Fares...

has been made and no change fee is applicable.</td></tr></content></fare_rule_lines>...

Can anyone see what is wrong with my code below:

this is when i right-click and 'edit' the file. i get this output in Notepad...
