Default User Form: How to get rid of icon "X"

Problem:
User can exit custom form using the "Close" icon "X" on the top right corner.
This is unacceptable as form has "Exit" button and process also asks whether the person wishes to continue or exit this workbook.
Using the X-icon will break the process excecution to uncontrollable step that can distort the save operation.

Thanx in advance :):)Axxess:):)
