Default DefaultVersion in Pivot Table

What does "DefaultVersion:=xlPivotTableVersion10" mean?

This is generated when we record the creation of a Pivot Table as a macro.

Please throw some light on this topic.

DefaultVersion is the default version of the PivotTable report.
This parametr is new and will only be available in Excel 2002 and Excel 2003. This parameter causes a compile error in the previous versions.
