including unique values from a range into a combo

Hi,
I have a column in excel where user inputs data. Now the data in the cells in this column may be repeated. I want a combobox in another sheet to get populated with this data instantly as it is entered by the user. Only I want is the thing is done instantly and with oly unique values bcoz the user can repeat cell values.
