When I color one particular column using fill color on the menu it does, but when I copy data from another column and paste it in previous column (which was blue) then color changed to a new one. Is there way I can do it permanently even user copy and paste data from other column.

Best way to find out what the code for stuff like this is to find out how to do it manually, then do it again with record macros, when I first got into Excel VBA I did it loads and you'll be suprised how efficient Excel is some times, and inefficient in others. But it will always point you in the right direction.

As a pointer, "Edit > "Paste Special" > OK... ;)

Thanks for your feedback. I curious what do you mean by “find out what the code for stuff like this is to find out how to do it manually” I was kinda looking some way of doing this using macro and VBA, but I am not sure how to.
All I like to put any color (blue/red/green etc) in a column using VBA code

Yes, what I am saying, is that you know how to perform the action yourself, right?
So hit the Macro "Record" Button (Tools > Macro > Record New Macro) and do it. Then view the resultant
code generated by Access/Excel for some ideas on how to do it.

I am not saying I dont want to help you, I am tryin to show you one of the best ways to learn how to do this yourself.
