Organization chart in Excel through VBA coding

Hi all,

I want to create an Organization chart in Excel through VBA coding. I have tried a lot using Shape and Diagram but i cannot ctach the selection of a particular node.

Can you help me solve this problem or any new method to create an Organization Chart?
