Default Flow chart coding in Visual Studio

Dear All,
I'm posting here after spending a week of googling without getting a clear clue.

How can I use Visual studio to develop an application like Visio but the built flowchart would result in a code behind that can be run ,
What I'm looking for is to build an application like the below
