Default Decimals in charts

Hi experts,

I update 70 charts everyday, each chart is linked to a main data sheet and chart are updated accordingly.

But everytime the data is updated the decimal Values on the chart gets increased to 3 to 4 ( example: old value 16 new value after update 18.989898 it must be 19).

I need the the format like if the value is 0 the bar value my must show only 0, if 0.2 it should show 0.2 and not 0 or 0.2222, if the value is more than 1 it show not show any decimal values.

Please help me.

Chetan
