How to Populate a Combo Box

I have a ActiveX control Combo Box. All I need to do is to populate the pulldown with "A", "B" & "C". Pardon my ignorance. but I can't figure out how to do this.
(Excel 2007)

Object.AddItem will do the trick

ComboBox1.AddItem "A"
