Default Menus Hiding behind Flash

I have a flash object on my page that is displaying a slideshow the problem is that my drop down menus (created in dreamweaver) are hiding behind them and I need them to be infront is there a way to change that???

hai elladi,
there is a simple way, add this param inside your html.
<param name="wmode" value="transparent">
