I think this is the same guy as before. He has just made a new login name. What is to stop him from doing it again and again and again. I am subscribed to many forums and I got a copy of this crap in each one. I never had this problem in the old system. Can you maybe have a list of selected words it looks for and filters them out and wont let them through. I know people try variations with spaces and special characters, but maybe it can weed out some of them. Maybe when a word is found, it sends a copy to an administrator, will not let it post, and maybe the persons IP or something if you can track them down.

Does anyone else have any ideas on how to stop this crap from getting in?

Chris

To all:

While the earlier Spam was indeed the same message as the last time, it was sent from a new IP address. We are looking into some earlier suggestions on how to catch spammers sooner but for the time being we are doing everything in our power to make it more trouble than it is worth to spam this board.

Thank you for your patience
