Word Bullet Highlighting

All - Checking if anyone has created code in Word to do the following?

Using word as a tool to communicate via Live Meeting all of the topics for discussion. What I want to do is when I have my mouse on an active bulleted content, I want the entire content in that bullet highlighted for example yellow. I want to ensure that the audiemce always know which bullet point I am on as I add comments to the list. Also, when I add a new bullet interactively, it would highlight the sentence as it grows..etc

I guess I want the same function control as I would on a PPS presentation in word. Is is possible?
New to VBA.
