Default Submitting errata and other web site issues

I am reading a Wrox book. I found something I wanted to submit as errata. I found the book in the wrox.com web site. I clicked on the link for errata then on the link for the Errata Form.

What I got was very confusing. I got an "Ask a Question" form, but I did not want to get an answer, I wanted to provide feedback. So I tried to submit a comment indicating there is an error in the web site. I got a reply saying that I needed to specify what book my comments are relevant to. I have tried to explain to the customer support person that I am trying to describe problems with the web site but the person assumes I do not understand and is not trying to understand what they do not understand.

The web site needs to have a way for us to submit feedback about the web site and that the support personnel understand what it is for.

When I click on the link for the Errata Form I should get a form that does not have so many irrelevant options. It should fill in the book title and ISBN and anything else that is relevant (assuming that I clicked on the link from the pages for the book).
