Thanks for Replying!
Actually I am developing an client-server application just like MSN messenger.
Server side I made Web Service and client side I am making Windows Application which popups window displaying some information.
This client side application should be installed by client on their PCs by downloading it from our site.
For that I want to make package so that I can deploy it on client side.

One this more ...

How can I create popup window, which will displayed timely same as MSN messenger right upon the system tray.

Thanks and waiting for reply.

Your answer didn't include any of the information we asked for. Like the language your using and what tool you used to build it.

I also don't know what your question is- what do you want to know how to do?

Dear Hal Levy
I am sorry, I was unable to explain my question. But I think this will help you..
=> I am using VB.NET (Windows Application)
=> I want to deploy it on client side.
=> I am using Setup Project given with VS.NET.
   (File-New-Project-Setup and deployment Projects-Setup project)
=> This way I am able to package application but now one very important question I want to ask to you...

QQQQQQ- Is it necessary that at client side client must install .net framework before installing my application.
as per I know it is necessary..... but not confirmed.

Please tell me.

Dear Arun kumar..

Follow this steps :
- Before building the package...
- Click menu "Project" => "Properties"
- On the "Property Pages" dialog box click "Prerequisites" button
- On the "Prerequisite" dialog box click radio "Download prerequisites from the same location as my application"
- "OK"
- then build your package.....Done
