Quite straight forward really. I have a VB6 application which I have converted into VB.Net code successfully. I however seem unable to package and deploy this code.

when you compile your code you make your codes as a Assembly(a DLL file) then you give it to your customer and he adds its reference and would enjoy your codes!;)
