Default axWebBrowser NOT registered???

I've written a program that uses the axWebBrowser component. It worked fine two weeks ago but something got installed on my development box that hosed it up royally. I thought I'd fixed everything (after a week of resintalls and tweaking), but now when I load the source into VS, it tells me it can't find this component.

What is the name of the file that contains the axWebBrowser component? And how do I register it? Is registration still performed via RegSvr32? Should I just reinstall VS (again) or is there some less painful way to get back to a working development system?
