Default Consideration and respect for all forum users

Users from India are the 3rd or 4th largest country-specific group on p2p.wrox.com. The discussion of the technical issues of working with remote developers is absolutely relevant to this forum. However, in the future I'd like to ask everyone to consider the feelings of all the developers using p2p.wrox.com and show respect for all the developers here. I'd ask that we steer away comments that are insulting on a personal, ethnic, or national level.

Whatever our individual feelings about offshoring's politics, economic impact, and so forth, the people visiting this forum are fellow developers.

Thanks!
