SETUP project-Share point services

Hi,
Actually we r creating a Website with Share point services.
It will be accessing some SQL server tables and displaying the Information on the Website.
Now if i need to deliver this website to some other person who will be installing that on server, then I need to Create a setUp project for this website.
If anyone of u has worked on SPS and setup projects,Please help me out.
Which type of set up project i will be creating--Setup or websetup??? and how??

I would appreciate any pointer to this!!
