Default Regd Websetup project

In Select Installation Address Screen(which is a part of Installer itself),Even If I do not enter Virtual Directory name or Port number or both, all the subsequent screens i.e Confirm Installation, Installation complete screens appear.

The message displayed on the last screen is “ Project has been successfully Installed”. However there is no Virtual directory created .

Can anyone suggest me the way In which I can have validation on these two textboxes?

Or in any way is it possible to skip the “Select Installation Address” screen and have Confirm installation screen appearing directly after the welcome screen.
