Are you using Win XP with SP2? bcoz with that .. IE allows you to prevent most pop-up windows from appearing over pages.. (In IE :: Tools >> Pop-up Blocker >> Popup blocker settings)

But i remember reading that ... those "blocker" are smart enough to not block windows that are opened deliberately by us.

That said, anyway chk out wheather you are running any utility/app to block the popups.

hi ..

thanx for ur support..

the blocker was actually creating the prob..which i hv sorted out..

now i am facing 2 probs..pls see it..

1> the last window,from where the next form is opened remains open and is still accessible..how do i close it..
2>even on giving scrollbars=1 the scrollbars are not appearing on my webpage that has more that viewable data..
