asp.net application timing out

My asp/vb .net application is timing out...but it is not consistent. I have increased the Connection Timeout, Session Timeout and ASP Script Timeout in IIS for the Application. The application is running on a web farm where it goes through one server and is routed to one of 2 other servers. Is there a setting somewhere else that I need to change? Although I have never seen it actually happen..and it doesn't happen to me, some users have timed out after 30 minutes...2 hours...10 minutes...it varies.
