Hi,
   U've to upload the following,

   1. All the dll's referenced in the project and the dll of ur application.

   2. All the .ASPX and .ASCX files

   3. All the images used.

   4. All the stylesheets used.

Only the aspx files should be inside ur htdocs folder. The other folders in the webserver should be named as per the names in the local system, and files should be uploaded in appropriate folders.

Regards,
Jayahar Aruchamy.
